Costas A Joannou
Costas obtained a BSc (Hons) in Management Science from the London School of Economics, an MSc in Accounting from the University of South Wales and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Costas began his career in 1983 in the West End of London, working for a firm of Chartered Accountants. He subsequently moved to Commercial Banking in the City of London where he was appointed Chief Internal Auditor of the Commercial Bank of London Plc. Since 1989 Costas has been a practicing Chartered Certified Accountant and Registered Auditor.
In addition to being the Chairman of the "Power Snooker Group," Costas is also the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of the London-based multi-million-pound private equity organisation CAJ Group Ltd, also known under its corporate umbrella "The CAJ Group.” Costas's financial expertise is exemplary; he works in a systematic manner that ensures financial health, stability, and future growth.

Frank is an English boxing manager and promoter, who started his career as a solicitor's clerk with J.Tickle & Co in Southampton Road in Central London.
Frank has been a member of the British Boxing Board of Control and a licensed promoter since 1980 and is CEO of "Frank Warren Promotions". He has promoted over 300 World Championship title fights involving boxers such as Amir Khan, Tim Witherspoon, Nigel Benn, Lennox Lewis, Joe Calzaghe, 'Prince' Naseem Hamed, Ricky Hatton, Derek Chisora, Nicky Piper and Mike Tyson. Frank is Britain's most successful boxing promoter.
In December 2007 Frank was elected to the International Boxing Hall of Fame and was inducted in June 2008.
Frank is the owner of "Frank Warren Promotions" and is a major shareholder in the Box Nation television channel. He was also the founder and owner of the London Arena. He is a major shareholder in various hotel developments in Portugal and a shareholder in one of New York City's top restaurants, the Michelin-starred "81", Manhattan.
Chief Executive Officer
Michael qualified from Reading University with a BSc in Estate Management. In 1974 he joined Chesterton's London, Mayfair, office department. In 1976, having completed the "Test of Professional Competence", he was accepted as an Associate of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and was appointed as Chesterton's West End Office Manager.
In 1979 he established Michael Gruber & Co Chartered Surveyors. The company specialises in property investment and commercial development acquisitions and sales. The company undertook professional property services including valuations, lease renewals, and rent reviews. A notable transaction completed by Michael Gruber & Co was the sale of The Ealing Film Studios on behalf of the British Broadcasting Corporation. Whilst running Michael Gruber & Co., he also founded Metrobrook Ltd, a commercial and residential development company. A notable project was the 250,000 sq.ft retail and leisure town centre development in Loughborough.
Michael put together a professional team that worked together for over 25 years, specialising in land assembly, planning and City Centre Regeneration.
Chief Marketing Officer
Howard graduated from The Sorbonne, Paris. Howard spent most of his commercial life in marketing and marketing related services. He joined the Economist for two years after which he joined Alexander Butterfield to manage two significant accounts.
Having gained consumer experience on looking after the Colgate account, Howard left for Africa to join Ogilivies where he managed the BAT and Barclays marketing accounts.
Subsequently, he joined Twentieth Century Fox to manage the Fox theatres in Africa and their distribution interests in the north of South Africa. On returning to the United Kingdom he joined a subsidiary of JWT, called Thompson Partners. As a Partner Headhunter, he created a presentations business known as "Industrial Theatre." Howard invited Kleinwort Benson, a global merchant bank in the City of London, to invest in a company prior to a planned AIM market listing. However Saatchi and Saatchi bought the company on a three-year earn-out, and following the sale, Howard joined one of his clients in Singapore as the global Sales and Marketing Director, and together they took the company public on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Howard is one of the original founders of Power Snooker Sport.
Chief Financial Officer
Theo began his business career in Cyprus. Whilst he was studying Accountancy he founded a company specialising in domestic products which quickly grew and distributed throughout Cyprus. Following his passion for the theatre and acting, he formed a theatre company for performing arts students.
In 1972 Theo was asked to join the Pancyprian Insurance Company in order to create a premium collection system. In 1974 he sold his business interests in Cyprus and moved to London in order to further his accountancy studies. .
Theo is member of the Association of Certified Public Accountants. He set up "Theo & Co" an Accountancy and Taxation Consultancy practice in 1976. In 1985 Theo & Co became a member of FIMBRA and later on PIA providing Independent Financial Advise, servicing the clients for 15years. The financial sector of Theo & Co was subsequently sold to Omega Independent Financial Services where Theo remained a partner to the date the business was sold. He is a member of the Institute of Commercial Management. In 2001 he set up Paps Enterprises Ltd, providing other professional services and investment advice.
Theo has a strong background in taxation, business planning, property investments and property tax consultancy. Theo now operates as an independent Tax and Business Adviser..
